Southeast Healthcare's Online Review Report Card

This place is not all they crack it up to be. Both the security and the staff are on the rude side and harassing side. The fact that they have security guards show you the potential dangerous people that come here. That area of the city is actually one of the safest. The place is usually crowded, apparently.There's a long wait for services. It's interesting , especially because they have supposedly six locations in this city. You've been warned of their unprofessionalism.

0 stars. They coddle and enable drug addiction too much and could care much less about the rest of us who don't have that problem. Horrible staff who are selfish and demanding and uncaring towards you as a patient. And psych dr's who act like you're nuts and are fakey as they come. Don't send your loved ones here ...

I've been with Southeast ZHealth care for 11yrs. They've seen me at my worst. They now have seen me clean. I've been with Dr. Nick Nelson and e been there for me physically and emotionally. He's very knowledgeable, he listens. I gave 4 stars because no ones perfect. Thanks Dr. Nelson for treating me all these years. Sincerely Shelley Sontag

This place is pathetic. They don’t care about us they care about their paycheck. I’ve been a patient for a year now and I’ve never seen a more unprofessional facility in my life. The people that answer the phone are rude, inconsiderate, and they hang up on you. THEY TREAT YOU LIKE AN INMATE

they can't keep staff they don't respect you as a human they constantly made it more complicated to get my meds. I ended up going through full withdrawal because of their incompetence they should be shut down

A lady from southeast on long st in Columbus Ohio called to schedule an appointment for my son, her attitude was so disrespectful and disgusting. In fact so bad I felt the need to ask her if she was ok, she paused and sucked her teeth and said YES!!!! I’m giving you the number for your son to call. I said ok but you’re speaking to his mother and professionalism goes a long way. I’m just saying I understand that people sometimes have bad days but this is your job lady. If you’re speaking to me this way I can imagine how you handle the clients that’s going there for help. Do better or leave the company.

My doctor is cool and nice but other than that the front desk talk to you like trash and dont respect some of the clients and they wonder why people bring weapons in this place security sometimes are rude as well and i wouldnt be suprise if this place shut down one day cause it needs to they dont know how to talk to people. And they have you wait for hours just to be seen by someone.

The psychiatrists here are amazing, but the worst part is trying to get past the receptionists. They randomly change appointments without letting you know, and treat patients who are already dealing with mental illnesses with 0 kindness or respect. Please do not send your loved ones here.

this place is a blessing they have done soooo much for me and my boyfriend I'm happy to refure anyone that needs it hear

Walked in a walked right back out the door when the receptionist had the audacity to yell at a colleague over food being dropped off.. this is literally a facility to care for people's mental health and well-being, and you're in here yelling about someone grabbing THEIR lunch that they literally paid for. You're the front desk receptionist. JUST the receptionist. Remember why you have a job here at all.
