I’ve been a client here for a few years and have had great experiences with both my provider and the office staff. Billing and scheduling have been smooth. Sessions are helpful and meaningful - helping me move from simple survival to thriving.

Michelle Marko is a godsend. I had a couple of psychiatrists prior to Michelle at Spectrum and none of them had the care, professionalism, or knowledge that Michelle has. I feel so taken care of and valued. Thank you!

Super friendly provider and very professional!

I’m relatively new to mood altering medications. Since I’ve gotten a regular therapist, I’ve been feeling pretty great, but I was still dreading my appointments for my med up keep for reasons I can’t even verbalize. My appointment with Michelle Marko yesterday finally broke me of that. I realized she’s a partner in my mental health, and though I work through things with my therapist, Michelle’s an integral part of my mental health. And it’s kind of fun reflecting on my life since our last visit and seeing all my progress. I think I’ll probably look forward to our every other month check-ins now!

Megan Keppler is AMAZING! I found her after my psychiatrist retired and couldn’t be happier. She helped me through some very challenging times, I never felt alone, and trusted I was in good hands. Definitely recommend!!!

Never been ghosted by a medical professional until now. Showed up for my appointment 5 minutes late, tried to call twice 10 minutes before my appointment time to let somebody know I had issues with traffic but got no response so I figured it was fine. Proceeded to arrive and text the number I was here for my appointment. Sat in the waiting room watching patients come and go for about 40 minutes texted again.. called the office two more times, still no response. A front desk or some sort of living being to help would do wonders.

I recommend anyone who has problems or thinks they may have problems with their mental health to call them ASAP. It’s super easy and they have telehealth so you don’t have to leave the comfort of your own home it makes it much easier to talk about everything that is going on.

After being diagnosed at age 51 with ADHD, I had been trying for 4 months to get an appointment with a provider that my insurance covered, and at that point the earliest appointment I could get was still 3 months away. I found Spectrum and only had to wait 4 days from my first phone call with them to be seen for my intake appointment which blew me away. I let them know I was on a 3 month wait list for OSU behavioral health, which is a phenomenal program, but the particular circumstances of my current situation were relying on everything my ADHD made difficult so I kept failing in major areas of my life so delaying treat was having major consequences. Much to my relief, I was able to begin treatment and my NP has been wonderful at approaching it in a way that when I get in with OSU, the transition will be easy. She's also gone above and beyond with taking into consideration that I'm paying out of pocket so doing everything she can to make effective use of appointment time aling with utilizing the patient portal to limit the number and length of appointments to only what is absolutely necessary to still facilitate effective treatment, thus keep my costs down which I sooooo appreciate. Spectrums willingness to look at my particular situation with their primary focus being what can best work for me speaks volumes. Thank you Spectrum!

Kelsey is absolutely hands down the best psychiatrist I’ve ever had! She actually cares and listens to what you have to say and how you’re feeling. She also takes the time to do more research on things that could help you specifically. I high recommend spectrum!
