I love him but now he want $137 a month to see him

Omg want to talk about a NIgHtMARE of a Dr's office! Has NOT been the same since Dr. Rivera Left! The only reason I stayed there for four years is because it was conveniently close to home and work. The staff turnover is absolutely insane. every time I go in from get comfortable with one of the doctors that he hires end up leaving. This new front girl Laura I think her name is ( another "new staff member" most rude woman Ever! Gave me a hard time when I nicely explained to her that I couldn't pay my copay because I'm having breast cancer health crisis, she said she was doing me a favor by asking her manager and that I should be greatful to her because they don't bill out 20 copay and she repeated herself like mommy dearest would and reminded me again how I should kiss her feet cuz she's doing me a BIG FAVOR! After I told her my situation to still talk to me like this is unacceptable! Then she chooses to not let me be seen! Said it was HeR choice!!!!What kind of staff works there? What kind of people would you let work in your office that act like such control freaks after 5 years being a patient especially when you send people there all the time. I have sent countless amounts of friends and patients that I work with to that office absolutely disgraceful NEVER AGAIN THERE ARE ABOUT 10,000 other dr offices that my great blue cross insurance will have the pleasure paying! I already am seeing about 4 specialist for breast cancer now I didn't have time for thisI say NO stars but I couldn't post this without

This doctory is HORRIBLE! He does not care about his patience at all. He is unfriendly and not willing to work with you. ABSOLUTE WORST DOCTOR EVER!!!!

I wonder why this site removes old reviews. Dr. Margolis has a 10 minute policy with his patients (because that's what the insurance pays him for). If you don't get all your care within those 10 minutes, then you have to schedule another appointment. He told me he's not available via phone or e-mail. In my opinion, he seems more concerned about money than people. The new office is nice, but the staff isn't so nice. They're rude and even insulting! A receptionist laughed and made a face behind my back when I tried to verify insurance information. I've switched to a new family doctor.

Dr. Margolis is excellent. He listens, respects my interest in trying alternative methods for healing first. Does not over-medicate and overall is very caring. He is extremely knowledgable and very thorough in dealing with my diabetes and high cholesterol. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants a more integrative approach to medicine. Meaning he takes the best of medicine as a trained MD and offers alternatives to balance the treatment.

I have tried to always work with a doctor that does not prescribe medications first but uses alternative methods to remedy the disease. So I am pleased that I have worked with Dr. Margolis because he takes the time to do that. He uses vitamins and alternative meds.
