Jenifer and Brook were sooo nice. The rooms were very nice on unit 4 south. There was a really mean girl tho I don't know her name but she had A LOT of boutox. Group was fun and the girls were really nice. I am 13 and I would recommend this if you're looking for a mental hospital in Ohio.
I went here when I was twelve. Everything was pretty much as expected the first day or so. I ended up getting sexually assaulted by one of the other patients. The nurses and some staff there blamed me for it. They pretty much called me out on it in front of the whole group (again blaming me) I have never experienced something so dehumanizing in my life. I was expected to get the care and treatment I deserved then, but instead I was blamed for somebody else's actions. This is not a safe place for struggling children/teens. I have developed PTSD from my experience, and it makes me now, not want to seek out help from "supposedly" trusted professionals.
I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY columbus ohio so i get a call regarding my daughter came there trying to check herself in and that if i come there they will let her come back home and i will just watch her for the night and then bring her back first thing monday i arrived and that was not it they said if she VOLUNTARY agree to stay it be 3 days and she will go home with set up therapy and counseling Monday comes i go visit and staff was rude and they whole demeaner and body gestures. Staff walking by visitors not saying excuse me just bumping into the visitors. Then i wasnt told that it was a code i needed to get any information regarding my daughter stay. Tuesday my daughter told me that the nurse was rude talking to her so i get that they there and staff gotta do they job but they are still human and deserve respect and most staff wants the patients to spazz out or they want to dope them up i be glad when she is able to come home if you have a loved one here please be they support system and visit and stay on it and ask questions because they want to see them crash out or give staff a show
Went through an IOP - kind & engaging staff, very supportive to help me through a difficult time. Staff are funny & fun!
hey that steven guy is real cool
I had a great time at sun n php staff were caring and made sure my needs were met
Most of the staff are knowledgeable, kind, and professional, except Steven Sharp. He is impressed with his own existence, talks about other team members and favors certain patients over others. On one group visit we received about 15 minutes of useful content out of my 3 hour group. Purely unprofessional.
Who the hell denies someone their insulin?
Very helpful place.
Great help for those who are serious about their treatments!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
