I love Dr. Kelly he is the only Dr. our family has known for 25+ years. He is very understanding and takes his time to listen to your needs. I'm so sad to see him retire in November but I understand. He will be greatly missed. The staff taking over is just as good as Dr.Kelly he chose well the staff he has now. Good-by, my doctor and friend. Best Regards,

Dr. Kelly is a very good physician. He takes the time to get to know me and answer any questions I have.

Dr. Kelly listens takes time to explain and do a thorough exam. I have been going to him since he started practice and never had a complaint about him or his service.

Dr. Kelly is a wonderful family physician. He is highly competent. He is caring, kind, and compassionate. While I am with him, I feel that his only patient is me. He is very thorough. He knows when best to refer to other specialists. He has a delightful sense of humor. His medical and non-medical helpers are friendly/competent and caring. There are none better!

What a joke. Visited the Temecula office to get an x-ray ordered by my Doctor. I called in advance and was told they were open till 5:30 PM. Arrived at 4:30 and was told by a VERY rude office staff member that they stop accepting patients for x-rays at 4:30 and because I was there at 4:31 they would not take me. She then told me my Dr. order was not there either. When pressed she "magically" found my X-ray order but now told me it was 4:37 and so I did not make their 4:40 cutoff for filling out paperwork!! This was the same individual who told me to come down on the phone. Horrific customer service, rude front office staff and obviously not a place that cares about patients/customers. Avoid this place- have your Dr's refer you to another imaging center or you will likely regret it.

As the prior 2 reviews have stated my wife had similar experience with approval for procedure from medicare company...she went in they did not ask for co pay and our insurance tells us there is 0 co pay for this services...yet several months later we are getting bill for $100...now with collection company...fighting now for 2 yrs...and Dr Kelly's office is very hard to talk with and get settled...They do not care

I was referred to this place by a local clinic to get an ultrasound for a cist, a few months later received a bill. I paid the bill not knowing the insurance was covering the 80% I paid in full. After checking with the insurance they told me that I was only responsible for paying the 20%. So I contacted Health Scan Imaging billing office for a refund, it's been 4 months and still no refund. Office staff is starting to be mean when they receive my call and the person in charge of refunds NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE, been trying to contact them for days and they claim she is on lunch or on another call. And by the way the results they gave me at the Scan Imaging were not correct, I had a cist that they said was on the right side and it turned out to be on the left. Definitely would NEVER RECOMEND this place , not even to my worst enemy!!

Wow, this place is a scam. My wife was refered here for an MRI and they told us the billing was covered by the Auto Insurance. 1 year later and they send debt collection with a $1600 price tag. This is unbeliveable. I spoke to them a year ago and they said everything was fine but now this.. Unbelievable but Karma is comming in the form of my Attorney

Dr Kelly is a scam....He billed us 300-400 three months later even after the deductible was paid and the staff received pre authorization. We are reporting him to the CA medical board.

Dr. Kelly does not have good bed side manner. Not really concern with patience treatment. Is not informative concerning tratment when it caome to cancer. doesent discuss with the patience the seriousness and consequence of the disease that they have. Is not friendly or a people person.
