I went there four times to be treated for a skin tear. First time was easy. No one else there. Second time pretty good with wait time. Third time I showed up waiting room packed. Two hour wait. Fourth time an hour wait even though I had an appointment. Was told by a staff member that appointments are meaningless. It's still a first come, first serve basis. Staff seems frenzied. Will try to avoid this facility in future.

I highly recommend Worthington Urgent Care. It was super easy to register and check in. You can even add your insurance card online. The receptionist was courteous and efficient. Nurse student Raya did a great job taking vitals and info! Then the PA came in, and was efficient and courteous. Over all, short time spent in the Urgent Care, process is well managed, and prescriptions were immediately called in. Definitely highly recommend!

They sent my labs to an out-of-network lab and now I'm stuck with an over $500 bill. They should do their due diligence and make sure they are actually taking care of their patients and following insurance. The labs were for proactive STI screening. They were confused why I was getting an STI screening as if you shouldn't do it unless you have symptoms. That's idiotic. Hopefully, they see this and adjust their operations accordingly and I might return. Until then, I recommend some place else like the CVS Minute Clinic.
