After reading all the great reviews, I made an appointment. Front office staff were wonderful. The doctor was obviously in a hurry, gave me his diagnosis, suggested surgery, and when I refused, he was done with me. I won't be going back.

I came off a terrible experience with a previous surgeon who chewed through my spine like a termite, and previously recalled hardware so I was guarded meeting with another surgeon. Once Dr. Belding came in the room and started speaking to me, I told him about my previous experience. He actually listened to me and didn't sit in front of a computer. I wanted to jump right into an ADR, and my issues with a previous fusion. We went over my options, I opted for a fusion and off we went. His staff was incredibly respectful and I have already recommended him to friends and family. He is a VERY rare doctor that checks all the boxes. Has a personality, fantastic bedside manner, gifted, not arrogant, keeps his patients out of post op pain.

Dr. Belding listens to what the patient is saying. He doesn’t push you into a treatment but gives you the options and risks and let’s the patient decide. I would recommend him to anyone with back problems

An excellent doctor and surgeon! He has been wonderful in explaining everything clearly, has a lot of compassion a. He gave me all the details of my MRI and xrays. Completely explained to me how surgery would be done. He also told me how I would feel after surgery and what to expect after. He did an awesome job on my back!! I am no longer in pain. I would reccomend him to anyone with spine pain!!

One of the best Orthpedic neck surgeons in the area. My symptoms started to subside the day of surgery. Dr Belding has a great bedside manner and the staff at Metro Health was the greatest Joe B

My son had a spinal cord injury. He was airlifted to Metro Health. Dr Belding operated on him from 3 am to 10 am. It has been 3 months and he is walking, using his hands able to do thing on his own. He didn't fuse his C4 & C5 so he has pretty good motion in his neck considering how bad the damage was. We would refer him to anyone that wants to know that their spinal cord is great hands!!

Dr. Belding is not only very personable, but also very professional. He explains in complete detail his findings and answers any and all questions I have. I feel very comfortable with him and would highly recommend him to my family and friends.
