As always my experience at Apex is excellent. I'm very happy that my Dr is Dr Stecker. She's very thorough and very kind . I highly recommend this Dermatologist office. Everyone is just great.

This was my forth and LAST visit to Apex Concord Township, Ohio. Originally they were extremely caring and thorough BUT the last 2 times I felt very rushed. I arrived early for my appointment and waited a half hour past my scheduled time. The check up by Katie was fast and not at all worth my visit. I now need to find a new office to have skin checks from here on out.

Receptionist not the most knowledgeable regarding insurance, so check in time took a drastically long time and I'm quite sure I will get charged as she put my name in wrong eventhough I told her how all my other doctors do it. On the plus side, the medical assistant and the doctor were very quick and kind, therefore I will continue getting care there.

They were wonderful. I made an error and showed up 3 hrs. before my scheduled appt time. I told the receptionist that I did not live far away and could come back but she checked and they were able to get me in within 30 mins. I am not sure that would have happened at other places. Very impressed with their service and the people. Highly recommend.

I went in to see a dermatologist about getting at least 3 moles removed. However, this office obviously has a protocol & they stick to it like glue. None of the moles I wanted removed were removed but instead they biopsied 2 others instead. I asked them to remove 2 others since I was already there but "no" was the answer. I'm looking for an honest dermatologist not pressured by high performance protocols who can think for themselves & are more concerned with their client than making money off insurances procedures.
