I have yet to have a good experience. Results take too long. The doctor should really come up with a better process of relaying test results in a more timely manner. Staff needs to realize that if test result are going to take so long, they are going to get calls about it. I have never heard of tests taking so long. Dr should be more sympathetic.

I have been going to see Dr Brownlee almost since she has been here. She is one of the most caring gentlest Drs I have seen!

Dr. Brownlee is a very caring doctor but her staff is horrible! They are very rude and the reason I left the practice. They basically told me they didn't care if I was having symptoms of a miscarriage because the doctor was too busy to talk to me. I did miscarry and when I told the doctor she asked who talked to me like that but I was too upset to remember.

Dr is nice but very little response to concerns. Test results take several weeks even for results that are more serious in nature. I waited a very long time for test results and only when I finally contacted their office and went back and forth getting ahold of someone, did I finally get the results. The staff was rude and basically said test results take awhile. This is not a good experience to be waiting so long on test results.

Excellent doctor. Unlike no other. She is very caring and gentle.

Gentle and friendly in person, but not trustworthy overall. Several personal instances of ignoring reported side effects, giving misguided medical direction. Wait time is incredibly long, and it's almost impossible to get a hold of anyone in this office). Staff is also incredibly rude/condescending to patients.
