Green Family Practice used to be a great place to go for health care. Now if you can even get ahold of them on the phone, they schedule you for appointments and when you show up you’re turned away and told you’re not on the schedule and they are unable to fit you in. So much for Community or Patient care and that goes for their providers as well as office staff. Don’t waste your time, find another family practice to go to.

We went for a wellness required by the insurance but because we ask for a refill they charge us a second appointment as normal. I call and they said that I have to do a second appointment for a referral or to ask for a refill on the medication. They do wellness scam not wellness exam.

I have been trying to get an appointment for several months now and have never had issues up until recently. I absolutely need a refill on a prescription of mine and I can't even get ahold of my doctor at all. I also have post covid chest issues that the ER highly recommended I follow up with my doctor about. it's been 3 months now and I still can't get an appointment. I also don't care to be put on hold for 20 minutes plus every time I call. Canal Fulton Ohio office

A very emotional day in this household. My baby graduated occupational therapy. These three ladies have been here for us through thick and thin. They have helped Dj learn the techniques he needs to have successful day at school and home. They have listened to all our tears and all of our proudest moments. They taught Dj that it is okay to stand out. That autism is a diagnosis, not a label. They were there for him when he was balling his out asking why he is different then the other kids at school. He has learned to not have meltdowns, but to talk it out. He's no longer hitting at school, his eyelashes are almost back and he is confident with who he is. They were there for me when I was at my end with the school. They helped us have better days. I will forever be thankful for these ladies and the job they have. Thank you for everything ❤️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️❤️❤️

I go to the Canal Fulton and usually see the nurse practitioner. She's absolutely fabulous and very easy to open up too. Highly recommend
