Ayla has been amazing since I became a client almost 2 years ago. She is timely but very personable. She also makes recommendations based on MY needs and desired outcomes!

I had a great experience at VIO Med Spa from start to finish. Sarah made the scheduling process easy; I was able to get right in, and Kaylee was great to work with and super friendly!

I had a negative experience. The exception being Sarah, the manager, who worked with me in my situation. I don't remember the name of the aesthetician who injected me-- she was Caucasian and of short stature. I went in for botox in my "11's"-- typically about 15-20 units for me and $200. The nurse offered me "a little" additional botox for my forehead and crows feet. I'm 35 and I have minimal lines on my forehead and do not have prominent crows feet. I went for it because "why not?" but was shocked to know *afterwards* that I was injected with an additional 32 units of botox. In total I received 52 units of botox. I was not told how many more units I was signing up for prior to injection. I think that should be noted-- it is reasonable that if you offer "a little more botox here and there" you don't give your new client 250% more than what they were expecting to put into their body.... especially considering once it is injected it can not be taken out. Not only was I uncomfortable having this amount of botox in my body in the first place but I was going to have to PAY for this, too! Additionally, I noted that the nurse left the room for probably 10 minutes to get the botox elsewhere. I've always been able to see a nurse fill the botox syringe infront of me. I think that's an important part of getting botox because there have been many establishments who have "watered down" botox. Welp. I didn't ask for clarification, I guess right? I was shocked but I blamed myself; I paid and left. 10 days later-- the botox in my glabella WAS ALMOST COMPLETELY INEFFECTIVE. So now I'm upset. I did not pay over $500 for a treatment that didn't even resolve the issue I walked in for! I called and ultimately spoke to the manager, Sarah, to whom I explained that I've never received more than 20 units of botox in my glabella and never had issues as well as the bad business practice of not telling a patient how much botox is being injected *before* it is injected. I sent Sarah my medical records backing my statement and she granted me an additional 6 units of botox. Let me tell you-- it still didn't work! Ha! I couldn't believe it but I was busy with the rest of my life (I have 2 kids under 5 at home) so my visit was a waste of time, energy and money... but worst of all? Still didn't have a good result. Such a disappointment. By the way--when I returned for my 6 units of botox, the same aesthetician made insinuations that I was dishonest about some innocuous statement i made in my previous visit with her. It was clear she was irritated at the situation. But I found her insinuation of dishonesty out of place and noteworthy. I dont know what to tell you but I've since gotten botox elsewhere and had no issues. I don't know what the problem was but here is a review with my experience in case this happens to anyone else! Hopefully it does not! I didn't want to leave a negative review but honestly it was the worst botox experience I ever had. Instead of 1 star I gave it 2 because Sarah was professional and did her best to help me. I appreciated her.

Kaylee is an absolutely amazing technician. Very helpful and the process is always very simple. All of the ladies who work the front have been extremely kind and helpful!

Kaylee is super sweet. This was my first time getting and kind of Botox or anything done and she made me super comfortable. She explains it all. And she gives you good advice. I am super happy with how today went and look forward to seeing Kaylee again! The other women working today were also super welcoming and sweet. The atmosphere is calming, especially for a first timer like me. All these women are soooo beautiful if can be a little humbling, but they were kind and beautiful. That was really awesome to see. Can’t wait to come back!
