Its been so great having nurse kayla. She brightens the atmosphere and makes you feel comfortable. Dr. Sansoterra has always been exceptional in my eyes. Would recommend 1000x over! Thank you!

This is the worst Dr office ever, they are so unorganized. My daughter got the flu shot and they have no record of it. She gave a urine sample to check for uti and they lost the sample so I never got the results. They told my mom who takes my kid to her appointments that they told me that I needed to come last time to fill out paper work which never happened then they called me a liar. This place is awful.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. Don’t get me wrong, the receptionist and the MA were great and treated us kindly but the doctor was absolutely terrible. I sat there for an hour while he scolded me on my parenting and this was our first visit to the office! I transferred to this doctor because I was told he could prescribe the necessary medication to my child and see him once every 3 months as opposed to his previous doctor who would need to see him once a month (my insurance won’t cover that). But he proceeded to tell me that I was overdosing my child by giving him his prescribed medication that actually helps him and told me that I need to go to a parenting class and that that would help my child’s illness rather than the medication that he has been on for a year. I walked out in the middle of the visit after being yelled at for “overdosing my child” because I couldn’t stand to have my child hear a doctor that he had never met before talk to his mother this way any longer. I recommend not ever going to see this doctor unless you’d like someone who can recommend you to a “good parenting class”.

Charges money for records, charges the patients family for another clinic requesting copy of records. Terrible staff, unprofessional and honestly don't care. The doctor at every visit seemed inexperienced and attributed every sickness to not disciplining them. Terrible office don't go there. Hours always change. Sometimes not in the office at all that day. So I eventually had to pay for my kids records last week. They never sent them to my doctor's office.
