Terrible! Dr Joanna Kloeckner probaly the worst dentist I have ever experienced. Went into get a tooth extracted took 3 hours. Medicine wouldnt number me comletely. SHe got mad at me and left me sitting in the chair for an additional 45 minutes with half of my tooth out. She then called other dentisits to finish. No one returned he call so she finished the extraction. Since then i have had problems with this tooth. Problems with their billing department etc etc.
