I had a seizure right before Christmas in front of my father, followed by many, many stroke-like symptoms which still have not gone away 6 months later. It's been very difficult for me to walk, I've had to use a cane, I fall very often, severe breathing issues, intense tingling, head pains, vision problems, numbness in the face and behind my eyes, loss of muscle function, my voice sounds like a cartoon, I can't sing anymore, I can't smile properly, along with many, many, many other symptoms, and this sad excuse for a doctor has been medically gaslighting me for 6 months. The only reason I didn't get a new doctor sooner is because it takes a long time to get an appointment with a doctor nowadays and I needed urgent help. When I asked her if I should go to the hospital, she told me no. It's now been 6 months and the only treatment I have received is vitamins and an Albuterol inhaler, which I practically had to beg for.

I lost the most important months of my hopeful recovery due to her negligence. I needed her help and she let me down. Even my medical records from her are wildly inaccurate and a total mess, not even mentioning the majority of my many, many symptoms, along with other inaccuracies, such as my tobacco use history. My entire family and even my insurance company are all appalled by how I've been treated. Seriously, do yourself a favor and avoid this place, because this doctor doesn't care about people.

Apparently they removed my prior review. This place is an absolute joke. Wait way past your appointment time, then I had to call, leave voicemails, message the office, call corporate to message the office, file a BBB complaint, file a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General (to which none of these things did they respond) to get my blood work uploaded to the portal. My blood work was never verbally discussed, therefore service was not fully rendered and they billed me the full amount. I had the billing office contact the doctor about the bill and she refused to reduce it even though she never completed the service. I am now filing a complaint against her medical license. Stay far away from this practice.

I'm a new patient there I like the doctor but always too much waiting time

Very caring & professional Dr. The wait times are longer than they should be because she listens to her patients. I have been going to Dr. Cindy for over 6 years & hope to continue for at least that long.

After my last appointment I was told someone would reach out to schedule my follow up for medication. Never heard from the office again. Two weeks before I ran out of my medication I started calling to get and appointment because I was running out of my medication. They scheduled me for a Saturday telehealth visit and like all of the other telehealth visits, I waited over an hour and she never showed. This is day 7 I have been without my mental health medication and all her office says is she’ll get to it. This place is terrible. DO NOT go here or you’ll be waiting hours and you can NEVER get ahold of the dr. There’s no one they can give me to file a complaint so I will be filing a complaint with unity health’s corporate office as well as Ohio’s medical board. This is beyond ridiculous.

Dr. Cynthia Dilauro is wonderful! I’m fairly new to her and she made me very comfortable from the first time we met. She takes her time with her patients she breaks information down without being asked and she make sure you understand what is going on. I’ve referred plenty of people to her because she is simply an amazing doctor.

a very caring doctor but the wait time can be long because she let's the patients talk all day! ..Most doctors would cut you short.
