I've been unhappy with Dr Pinta for a couple of years. He is no longer my doctor. There are numerous reasons that Healthgrades will not allow me to list. Suffice it to say, I was unhappy and am now moving forward with a new doctor.

The Pioneer online payment portal is horrific. Requires a statement code that doesn't even exist on the invoice. Appears to be some serious internal software issues

The staff is very kind and down to earth! Dr Pinta listen to all my concerns! He is even getting my images from another practice to further explore another issue I have. And other drs have turned me away saying it wasn’t their expertise. Dr Pinta is the only one who listened and is trying to help.

I have worked for Dr.Pinta for 5 years. He is analytical, straightforward and kind. Most of us joke that he attracts a cult-like following. His patients are often the easiest because they have so much trust and faith in him that they are wildly compliant. He never orders unnecessary extras but he always catches the zebra. His patients and staff have the same commitment to him that he does to them.

Dr. Pinta CARES about me as a patient. He takes time to LISTEN to all of my concerns, ASK questions, and provide answers that I can understand. I feel completely confident that I am getting the BEST health care possible. Dr. Pinta is a great doctor and a very nice person. Also, his staff is thorough and efficient when gathering health info and vitals. It makes for a very efficient office that almost always runs on time!!

Dr. Pinta does an outstanding job caring for me and my family! 5 of the 6 of us see Dr. Pinta, and my other child sees a colleague at his office. Always fast, reliable service, outstanding interactions with him, tells me what I need to hear and perhaps not what I want to hear. Excellent family physician!
