List of Victoria Digennaro's Reviews
I always enjoy meeting with Dr. Digennaro. She takes the time and interest to listen to me and is an excellent doctor!
If it would allow zero stars I would have chosen that, this practice and Dr. Digenero seems more concerned about money than patient care and if you owe a balance of any kind you will be kicked out of their practice for patient care, it seems that it is not the patient that matters, it's the money, it's understandable that they have to have money to operate but refusing to call in an important medication refill knowing that the result could and would result in a medical emergency seems ridiculous to me, there is a DR. on just about every corner, so many other options than this practice as far as I'm concerned.
I have been a patient of Dr. Digennaros for almost 6 years and I have never been more heard and understood. She always takes time w me and gets to the point all at the same time. Sure, there have been times I've waited a while but i am happy to ... i want her to take time w all her patients, not just me.
Dr. Digennaro is by far the best dr I have ever had. She is very compassionate and prompt and knowledgeable. She is the first dr I have gone to that does not blame everything on my weight. She has helped me make a plan to where I been losing weight without surgery. She is very understanding.
First they made me wait 3 months to get a new patient appointment. Then they refused to see me because I had a cold. A COLD. They even lied and said they aren't seeing sick patients even though they saw my mother days before because she also had a cold. They diagnosed her with bronchitis. And what kind of doctor doesn't see sick patients? Being sick is the only reason to see a doctor! Their policies are ridiculous and clearly some patients get better treatment than others.

I thought she was great at first, until she charged me an extra office visit for things we never discussed. There were some other miscommunications, which led me to consider switching PCPs. When I talked to the office about switching PCPs, they locked me out of my medical records. I never even got a follow up from Dr. D or even an email to let me know that I would no longer be able to get refills on my prescription. So, now I’m scrambling to find a physician to fill my meds. In the past, when I’ve switched physicians, I was able to access my records until I was able to get a different physician. Be aware, you will get cut off with no notice or help making the transition.
My wife and I both love her!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
