Dr Fuentes is very curt and rude. The minute I told him I had a head laceration from a car accident, he held up his hand and said i don't want to hear anything about it. We have attorneys and insurance companies contacting us all the time. I was referred by my neurologist! Nothing resolved.

I was very impressed with Dr. Adan Fuentes's knowledge and being thorough. He was kind, patient, and helpful. He referred me to a specialist for FNA who was wonderful also. I'm not fond of driving to or in the city anymore but he was worth the drive!

I will protest the bill. Went in with a place in my nose so sore I could not wear CPAP and the outside of my nose was red and slightly purplish. He ignored that. I kept saying but what about my nose. Did not listen. He knew I had hearing aids and had a hearing aid test performed - didn't need that. Left with zero results. Nose got worse, so sore I went to urgent care - they gave me an antibiotic. That worked for a few weeks. Back again. Went to Dermatologist - antibiotic resistant strain of bacteria and infection of follicles. HE DOES NOT LISTEN. Could be ageism? Gender bias? Too close to 5 pm and he wanted out? I don't know, but I am a 71 year old woman. The only good news is that the office staff is wonderful They got me in at the last minute and I so appreciate their efforts.

Very curt, dismissed all my concerns, appeared to be inpatient and "too bothered" ... went to another ENT ... was treated and issues were resolved. Will not recommend this arrogant and rude doctor.
