While Jackson was in Burlington iowa I went in for a simple scope of my knee to fix a meniscus tear. During surgery my mcl was torn was out of work for 6 weeks opposed to him saying I would miss 3 days of work. His explanation of what happened was that he had only seen that happen in a 90 year old women, at the time I was a 55 year old active male. His bedside manner is terrible! I wouldn’t have him operate on my DOG.

Dr. Jackson is very knowledgeable and professional. He makes sure that he explains everything sufficiently and is willing to draw diagrams in order to make the explanation complete. He is always prompt. He has never kept me waiting.

Dr Jackson is very friendly . He explained everything to me in terms I understood.

Dr Jackson did surgery on my knee. He shouldn’t have, he made matters worse. I tried to tell him about the meds I was taking and needed something more for surgery. He just stared at me. He didn’t explain how severe my arthritis was and that I would need a knee replacement and not a repair. My pain is 100% worse after he did the surgery. I am going to another doctor I won’t let him work on me again.
