List of Cassandra J. Milling's Reviews
I waited over an hour for my visit. Then, I lost connection and the visit was cut off. I expected her to call me back and she didn't.
She was very knowledgeable. She was patient never seemed rushed; she gave me a lot to think about. She was calming and reassuring. She explained everything about my new medication and why she was making the change. I really liked her personality also.
It was one of the best Dr.appointments my husband has had. The time was taken to evaluate his condition and test were ordered.
My daughter is mentally handicapped. Her insurance is Medicaid.Dr. Milling decreased a med and told the manager of the assisted living home to call & she would increase it to its original dose if my daughter's behavior deteriorated. Within 1 week, her behavior did deteriorate. As of this date, 10/19/2018,calls have been made several times. We have been waiting for two weeks to hear from the doctor or her office. We have been informed that the doctor has been notified but "has not gotten to it yet."
Outstanding bed side manner. Thorough. Well informed. Persistent in care. If I could give 20 stars, I would.
Dr. Milling herself is a great caring doctor. However, it's almost impossible to get an appt. The medical staff at 30 Apple St is completely useless. I've had to go over 3 weeks without my MS meds because no one would call me back.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
