The ladies here are AMAZING!! They have been so gracious, kind, helpful, and courteous every time we interact. They go the extra mile in such a way that makes you feel valued as a customer and that they care for my mother as a home care client. I’m sure it is not just us, but you feel the hospitality and willingness of the staff to give you such a quality customer service experience. They’re so good that when they see me backing into the space to trade out E-tanks, they’re coming to the door with the new ones as I bring in the empty ones! I cannot express enough how great of a feeling it is to have people who care as much for my mother as I do. They are professionals but their ways of providing such incredible customer service makes you endear them as family. In this day and age, kindness and compassion in our community really matters, thank you ladies for embracing and embodying that! I hope it catches as it needs to get around 🤗

I have tried many times to get ahold of someone in the office…. I work during the business hours and can not get my questions answered.

I asked the dates of service for my sister machine that was replacing her old 1 that had started to smell burnt and she has been coughing for a couple weeks now. They replaced machine today with 1 that has no dates of service or a y thing on it. I’m just wondering does anybody else that has equipment from this company not have any service dates. And are being told whatever but no dates on used machinery? I have never seen equipment with no dates of service sticker. This is a problem for me being also my sister has been constantly coughing. Asked about this to man bringing replacement machine and he said nope should cause that but he can’t tell family why machine was so hot and smell of burning rubber he didn’t know what was wrong with the machine. So I’m confused on how he can say what was not caused if you don’t even know what’s wrong with the OXYGEN TANK. I NEED ANSWERS.

Had a cpap machine delivered. Got told I’d know when they were bringing it, and that they’d show me how to use it. Got it dropped off on our deck. Didn’t know it was coming. (High theft area). No one showed me how to use it or clean it. Now it’s got to go back due to insurance. I quit breathing about 12 times an hour.

Daniel, from the Dayton Branch, dropped off a humidifier for my mother, who is currently recovering from major surgery. He was super nice and very helpful. Daniel made sure that the equipment was working properly and showed my sister and I how to operate it. He was very kind and funny, which, given the stressful situation, was greatly appreciated. Great job.

Even though it was a Sunday morning and the coldest day of the year so far, Daniel was friendly, knew what he was doing and solved my problem easily with a pleasant attitude. Really appreciate his expertise.

We just had Daniel from the Dayton, Ohio branch here to install oxygen. He explained an showed me exactly what to do and look for. He was great. Very friendly also. Thank you Daniel.

They were booked by rehabilitation center I call they had the file but no Medical insurance cAlleD the rehab to Know witch and rehab she would check out she claimed they had all information. 4 hrs later on Friday we know nothing

Daniel came to my house yesterday, February 8,2022, to deliver an oxygen concentrator. He was a very thorough and kind Gentleman. He explained everything, answered my questions and took his time. A lot companies seem to rush. I’m very pleased and thankful for his compassion and work ethic.
