I had a septoplasty done by Dr. Bauer and he did a fantastic job. Throughout the pre-op and post-op appointment, he eased my nerves. I can breath so much better through my nose now and can even smell better. I would recommend him to anyone who wants a great surgeon and good bedside manner!

I first saw Dr Bauer for a broken nose. He got me in the same day i called. He got me scheduled for surgery quickly. My nose looks and performs as good or better than before I broke it. My next visit was for sleep apnea inspire implant. He explained the process both surgically and administratively. I qualified and then Had the procedure. DR. Bauer, his staff and especially his scheduler are the epitome of professionalism and I give him my most enthusiastic recommendation!!!

This was a horrible experience for my 19 year old son. He is a student at Miami U in Oxford. Who knew it'd be so hard to find an ENT for him to see! He had been sick for over 2 months, diagnosed by CVS Quickcare and our family physician when he came home. Double ear infection, sinus infection, etc. He started to lose his hearing in one ear. Our family Dr said get him into an ENT asap! I called SOENT and got an appt scheduled with Dr Bauer for a week later. My son was given a hearing test that came back normal. Then Dr Bauer spent a total of less than 5 minutes in the room with him, did not listen to ANYTHING he said, and prescribed the 3rd round of antibiotics for him, and that was it!! I called the office to speak with the Dr and was told I would get a call back the next day. Now a week later, NOTHING!!! My son has now gone to the hospital and is doing better, but this was UNACCEPTABLE!!! I would NEVER recommend this practice and especially NOT DR BAUER!!!!!!!

Dr Bauer did not listen and when I was trying to explain my concussion history, he interrupted me. Also, the nurse didn't want to take my blood pressure because she didn't want me to catch covid-19 from them. ??????? One of the worst experiences I have had with an MD and I am a nurse.
