He didn't help me one ounce. My back is even worse than what it was before going to him. His bedside manner was very discussing to me, talking to me about him and his boyfriend and drinking beer. Something I really don't want to hear at a Dr's appointment or anywhere else. He creeped me out and so did his assistant, he wouldn't look at me while talking about what was going on with my back, he kept talking to my wife instead and flirting with her as well. Just not very professional.

I had a very good meeting with Dr Roger's. He was very professional, however he said his office would call me to schedule injection. After 1 week I called office.(you can not speak to human)2 weeks-nothing, 3 weeks-nothing. Almost 4 weeks, they called. I told them, I found new doctor.

It was absolutely HORRIBLE!!! I met with his team in October and was told they would contact us to schedule the shots. After several non return calls I finally heard at the beginning of December my first shot was scheduled. A week later i get a call they will have to reschedule because the machine was broke and for me not to call them but they will call me. I never got that call and still no return calls!!!

I have been seeing Dr. Rogers for several years. He has been patient and explains what he is going to do. He walks me through each step. I woukd to thank him and his staff for their kindness

I just went to the Little York office today for evaluation, and everyone was so friendly! The PA was very nice, and very helpful. I met Dr Rogers as well, and he explained everything to me and was very down to earth and sincere. I feel less nervous now about having an injection to help my back nerve issue.

Dr Rogers is great. Angela is fine. The staff are great. My only complaint is with a few of the rules of Orthopedic Institute. If you are 10 min late they will not take you. Even if its their fault. I have checked in and set down. After 30 min I went to the window to find they had forgotten me and then they would not see me. Once I was at the window waiting and could not stand to wait due to my poor legs. I told them I had to set dow. I had seen them take the next patient in line so I got up and went to the window and the reception apologized and tried to take me but they would not take me. They wrote in my file I was a no show
