The office, I can only assume dr. Groll, is unwilling to accommodate patient situations in regards to the mask “policy”. They stated they follow CDC guidance, which has flip flopped more than a fish out of water. Now, at 37, I get to start all over on trying to have a baby. Stay away!

Dr.Groll and the entire staff are so caring and compassionate at what they do. I have always had all my questions not just answered but explained thoroughly. We conceived our baby girl through IVF. When it was time to leave the clinic and continue with my OB I felt like I was leaving family behind.

Dr. Jeremy Groll was fantastic! The staff and him were Very professional extremely nice. I would recommend this doctor great great people. The only reason I did 4 stars is because I wasn't able to complete my treatment in its entirety.

I wouldn't recommend him. His staff builds you up and your hopes and dreams up and he basically rips them apart. Then after your first appointment you don't hear from the staff in the same supportive manner that you did. There are also flags - look into things carefully, ask a lot of questions including about egg donors, use of what kind of ways they may put you under and what safety measurements are truly in place. do your research

Dr Groll and Spring Creek offered my husband and I something we couldn't find while searching around Columbus for the last 3 years. We were instantly rejuvenated and felt welcomed when we went to their Centerville office. The office is clean and new. All the staff is friendly and made sure we were comfortable throughout the entire experience.

Dr. Groll and his team are amazing. They are very friendly and caring. I highly recommend Dr. Groll. After working with a previous fertility doctor in a hospital setting who made me feel like I was just a number and receiving no results, it was refreshing to go to a private practice that is in a modern office setting and receive individualed treatment, where I feel the staff truly knows me.

Dr Groll is very through and helped us after 8 years to achieve our first pregnancy. There are not enough words to describe how grateful we are for Dr Groll and his wonderful staff!!

Not every practice is the right fit for every person and vice versa, and that's okay. Dr. Groll and his staff most certainly have compassion for their patients and have a beautiful state of the art facility. We never had any doubt about the passion and commitment they have in solving fertility issues. The struggle that we faced is that the practice is reasonably new and it shows. In other words, the left hand didn't always know what the right hand was doing and that was a deal breaker for us.
