Dr Urse listened to me, and explained exactly what was going on with me! I had hip surgery, and I am out of the horrible pain I was in before surgery!!

Very knowledgeable, Had my knee replaced in March and doing fantastic. I just wish the stiffness and swelling would go away quicker but was told it could take up to 18 months for this to subside. Very pleased with the outcome and would recommend this doctor to everyone that needs a knee done. had a great attitude and made me fill at ease about doing the surgery.

This office is the absolute worst Dr office we have ever dealt with! If I could do negative stars I would. Dr Urse himself is very nice and has good bedside manner, but the office itself is horrible! From the billing not knowing what is going on, to the medical staff. The right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. I wouldn’t recommend going there unless you have a very healthy heart and take stress very well. They did 3 different surgeries on my husband last year and now this year they decide to do all of these pre-surgery tests, where he had to go to multiple different drs and they called him 2 days before surgery to tell him they are postponing surgery because he has to go to a family dr to get more blood work done. Blood work that was ran 2 weeks ago!! They are so backwards and have put a HUGE stress and burden on my family!

I have known Dr. Urse for over 25 years and would go nowhere else for care in orthopedics. He has performed surgery on my daughter for ACL tears on both knees, meniscus tear in my knee and now a labrum tear in the hip, all with outstanding results. Have also seen Dr. Saunders and Dr. Bamberger for additional surgeries in their specific field of surgery, both associates of Dr. Urse. His demeanor is top notch and skills are absolute. He is the go to guy for the best.

I am a 53 year old with bad legs and shoulder. Dr. Urse suggested PRP therapy, after 3 years of pain I am no longer held back by the pain. Amazing results

I had Dr. Urse do a RH and Stem cell procedure in April, 2021 on my right knee, procedure was a complete success. I have been fighting knee issues for 20 years ( now 63 ) clean up surgery, knee injections , all had some relief, but nothing like this procedure. I now have a 30 year's old knee, no pain even during weather changes, full activities no pain and much greater range of motion. Should have done this years ago.

Dr. Urse put me at ease before and after my surgery. I would recommend him to anyone. His follow-up with me after the surgery was very important to me. I am walking comfortably after only two weeks!!!! Thank you very much Dr. Urse and everyone at Orthopedic Associates!!

Dr. Urse is one of the best. He does take time with you. He did a meniscus repair on my right knee over two years ago and I am doing very good. Dr. Manocchio one of Dr. Urse associates at Orthopedic Associates of Southwest Ohio repaired my right hip that another surgeon from another office made a major mistake and I am now walking with out a cane. This group is great!

Love Dr Urse. He’s very personable and professional. Takes the time to explain what’s going on, what to expect and answered all my questions. Very knowledgeable and up with the latest methods and practices. After physical therapy and injections I ended up getting knee replacement and he performed robotic assistance surgery. So glad I had it done. No more pain and recovery wasn’t as bad as I expected. Highly recommend Dr John Urse!
