Kindred Hospital Dayton's Online Review Report Card

I'm having a male employee from the hospital calling me saying I busted windndshield when I didn't and demanding to get info about who my car insurance was. I tried to call back buy nobody ever answers the phone. He started texting me and told me to stop calling him. He harassed me on text messages for a few days. Just recently all of my texts have vanished from my phone so i cant prove he talked to me in a foul manner. He was very rude and cometely discriminated on me, calling me names and said I was ugly. I will not put up with this behavior from the hospital. I have never been a patient here so idk how this crazy emouee has my name and number. So unprofessional!!! Something needs done!!

*Update*this place killed my father!!! He had a bed sore that was severely infected and required his packed in dressing to be changed twice a day. well during one weekend a nurse said that her back was hurting and/or was sick and didn't change his dressings for the whole weekend, requiring my father to have to have a emergency surgery, which he didn't make it out. Please don't send your loved ones here.This place is terrible!! If it wasn't for my family and I visiting my Dad daily nothing would ever get done. He'll push the call light and NOBODY comes, until one of us go and physically get someone and even then they seem offended that they were asked to do their job. When asked questions, they give you the runaround and never fully answer the question. There's no communication between staff. I understand that they're understaffed and overworked, but come on that's not an excuse to not to do your job at all.

This hospital is a God send for my husband and our entire family. All of the employees are heaven sent and I mean that with all of my heart. The staff is truly like family and I feel so comforted knowing that when I leave my husband is in the best hands possible. I would most definitely recommend Kindred to anyone who wants a caring exceptional hospital for their loved one.

I have been a patient here for 8 weeks and kindred has been nothing short of a miracle for me. The doctors, nurses,respiratory therapists, and entire staff are amazing. I was at a regular hospital for two weeks prior and they cannot offer the same care that I have received here at kindred. God sent me here and I highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of exceptional care. Everyone here feels like family to us now.

the people are super and all are friendly, shout out to Tyler, he is a great guy does a fantastic job,Pauline is an awesome lady a wonderful nurse and a great friend. All these people are here to help and I thank God for their care

I came to Kindred Hospital at the end of December, on a ventilator. The staff here is excellent . From office staff who keep me informed of my progress, my nursing staff, which I have had a lot, stand out nurses, Virginia. Kalyan, and others.My PCT's Tyler, Kiah, Kendra, Chanel, and others ♥ are great. Respiratory therapists Chris and Jared and others .My OC is Karen y'all will love her as I do, who has helped me with getting stronger. Physical therapists, Doug and Leslie are super getting me to walk again. This in my opinion is a definite 5 star hospital. I would give it 10 stars if it let me.

Kindred has been nothing but amazing for my Mother! She has been at kindred for about 4 months and everyone loves her dearly! I love when I am visiting and so many people pop in the door just to say hello and ask her how she is doing! It really makes me feel good knowing she is in a good place! The staff, from the nurses all the way to housekeeping are very friendly! Her therapists Edie and Karen are always doing awesome things with her and very motivating! Her patient advocate Jennifer Kasper has been amazing as well! Always making sure her stay is going great and always checking to make sure all her needs are met! A shout out to some amazing nurses Lisa (day shift), Lisa (night shift), Jennifer, Bethany, Ami, and several others have been nothing but amazing! A shout out to a few of my mothers favorite aids Kiah, Latonya, Renee, Marsha, Tyler, and many more have been awesome as well! Always there when she needs them and takes the time to talk to her and make sure she is well taken care of! I would recommend Kindred Hospital to anyone! It has been awesome and made this hard time on our family a little easier knowing our Mom is being taken well care of!
