I was very impressed with Dr. Bauer. She clearly explained the detail involved in my upcoming surgery, as well as what to expect during my post op recovery. She took all the time needed to thoroughly answer my questions / concerns about my procedure. She's great!

Honestly these people are better than places like ohio state, uchealth, etc. They know the bad shape im in due to my history (bad injuries, nerve problems) and will always order testing to make sure everything is good. They don’t medically gaslight you here and try their best to actually find a solution for you and give you advice on who you should see if they cant help. That is a heck of alot more than I can say for other facilities ive been to (and thats a lot). I always see Kayla Fryman, shes an angel and Dr. Silverman has been helpful too. I just wished they worked on back muscles. Unfortunately nobody does so don’t be like me and screw up your trap and rhomboid tendons because nobody can help.

I am 19 weeks pregnant and suffering from carpal tunnel. It is excruciating, especially at night. Dr. Bauer got me in, treated me like family, and administered a cortisone injection into each wrist! I would recommend her and her team time and time again. 11 out of 10!

This place is, essentially, a horribly run Walmart of the Ortho world. You aren't a patient as much as you are just another number in their incompetently run system. They care more about volume of service than they do about the humans who trust them with their health care. After my horrible experiences at OASWO (showing up at 7a for a confirmed appointment, only to find the scheduler did not do their job; showing up at Little York with a confirmation on my phone, yet having to drive another 25 minutes to Yankee Road where the scheduler incorrectly had me booked), I will never return and advise you, dear reader, to avoid them at all costs. If they cared, I'd still be a patient. But they don't, so I'm out.

She was very personable. She explained everything to me so that I understood completely. She answered all of my questions and spent all the time I needed to understand my injury and how she would fix it.

Dr. Malarkey is just the best orthopedic surgeons in the area! He provided me excellent care and great customer service from all of his staff through my entire surgery experience. Dr. Malarkey was very attentive to my needs before and after surgery and explained everything to me so I was a great ease. I would highly recommend him for any of your orthopedic needs and he’s the only orthopedic surgeon I will ever go to! Thanks Dr. Malarkey!!
