This guy is really good! He is extremely competent at what he does. Further, he has a very humble demeanor and is very personable. I can't recommend him enough!
I hadDr. Gleason for 5 years on base, to many had & fingers surgeries then I can count, Great job, patient and doesn't hurry you out the door. I want to get a hold of him to get him back. I had TKS November 17th and not happy with my doctor. freebird6181948js@gmail.com please contact me 937-672-3211 Thank you, Jeannie Smith
My carpal tunnel surgery went well. But, Dr. Gleason did NOT perform the surgery. A doctor came in, gave me his name and said that he was getting supplies prepared for Dr. Gleason. During the surgery, Dr. Gleason watched while the other doctor performed the surgery. Had I been asked, I would have given permission for the other doctor to do the surgery. But I wasn't asked. I wasn't even told. This was discourteous and unethical. After the surgery, I was told to take pain meds as needed and keep the incision dry. That is all. I have always gotten written material for all medical visits, routine or not. I didn't know what to expect and how to care for the incision. According to Patient Rights, I should have been given written discharge information. I have transferred my care to another clinic.
The staff in Dr Gleason's office were professional and efficient. Dr Gleason was very kind and reassuring and sensitive to any discomfort I was experiencing. He thoroughly examined my wrist and was very gentle. He explained everything he was doing as he proceeded with the exam. He clearly told me what he found (I did not need surgery - yea!) and told me to come back if the pain continued, but that it should go away as the swelling resolved itself (it did). I highly recommend Dr Gleason.
Awful experience, he forced my OB to induce me early yet hadn't seen him in several weeks and blamed my OB for being negligent yet he was full aware of my condition and I was referred to him at 13 weeks. Rude, unprofessional and cannot maintain eye contact. Find a different doctor.
He is a Godsend. Dr. Gleason is experienced, knowledgeable, and very honest. He won't tell you what you want to hear but rather what you need to hear in order to have a full term baby - the ultimate goal! I was high risk due to an incompetent cervix. I was referred t ohim at 16 weeks and saw him weekly until 28 weeks and then no-weekly until 34 weeks. I gave birth to my daughter, full term and healthy, 6 weeks ago. I have NO doubt that Dr. Gleason, and the guidance and information he provided, must be credited for this. He is great Dr and if you are reading this, and end up going to him, know that you are getting a Dr who is invested in you having a healthy baby so trust and listen to him.
this office double and triple books appointments which offers absolutely no opportunity for clients running a few minutes late to still be seen. They try and cram so many patients in such a small time frame which works against the patients. They need too learn how to manage their appointments in a way that a few minutes is spared for those patients that unfortunately run late.
My experience with Dr. Gleason was (is) excellent. He doesn't get in a hurry & makes sure you understand the procedure he's talking about. Walked out of his office confident in his abilities and secure in the knowledge of the procedure that was needed, . His Office Asst. is a whole different story. She will not return your call. She ignored repeated voice mails I left requesting a surgery date a week AFTER she said she would. Had to go way over her head to get scheduled 5wks after 1st visit
My wife and I are two time high-risk pregnancy - a 24wk still birth, and two miscarriages. At 16wks into our current pregnancy is when we met Dr Gleason. My wife and I credit him for being where we are today, 34 weeks pregnant and looking at going full term. Dr Gleason simply tells it like it is, he doesn't sugarcoat what needs to be said, but is compassionate and understanding in his delivery of the news and ongoing care thereafter. We've seen Dr Gleason 10 times this pregnancy and he has always been kind and caring, and fair with his diagnosis and advice. From our experience with other doctors, I can say that Dr Gleason is better trained, highly knowledgeable, has a good bedside manner and will tell you what you need to hear (versus what you "want" to hear). In our opinion, if you are a high-risk pregnancy, want to be given straight advice, quality care and have guided hope that your unborn child will make it to his or her due date, you should not hesitate to see Dr Gleason.
Dr. Gleason........well, I was introduced to him because my pregnancy was high risk. Two words to best describe Dr. Gleason is stern and more stern. However, my experience with him was overall good and anyone who was able to help my son come into the world without flaw is GREAT. And both he and Dr. Philip Florio along with myself all worked together to get my son here and for that I will ever be grateful. I feel he's still a good Doctor and whenever my doctor retires, I'll hire him.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
