I am placing this for someone else who doesn't want to be negatively impacted by leaving a negative review with their name but they left the following review:I am being led around in a loop by the receptionists. The people that need to sign forms and statements are never there. Getting anything done here is very hard. It didn't use to be this way but they've changed. It is like they stopped caring about their patients. Very sad. I will be searching for a new practice.I wish to once more state that it is very sad that people are afraid to leave negative reviews for fear of repercussions.

This is concerning Dr. Mark Schloneger. I've been going to him for years, and haven't had any problems until this year. He's become very insensitive and not very helpful when I go to his appointments. I'm currently taking birth control, and have to call every month to be sure that I have it filled before the last week since I was told to skip that week (the last week is extremely painful), and he refused to switch me to one that came in three packs. I've been asking to get 3 packs for months now, and I was told that they could, but every time, he refuses to write out for it. It doesn't help that I'm currently on disability, and need paperwork filled out and sent to my job until I can get surgery. Yet, they're dragging their feet, and that time is now up, so now I might be jobless. Thanks a lot for the frustration, a-hole!

Last weekend we were out of town. I needed medical advice regarding a situation that had quickly developed. Since it was after hours, I called the number for the physician on call. Dr. Schloneger called back within 5 minutes. He diagnosed the problem and gave me a choice of following his instructions as how to deal with the problem myself or come into the office when I got back into town. I followed his directions and immediately felt some relief. I appreciated his quick call-back and excellent medical advice as to how to handle the problem myself!
