Dr Twyman was amazing! I’ve never had a doctor sit down and really dig into my all around health, including mental health. He addressed all my health issues and concerns. The staff was extremely professional and nice. This was my first visit and I felt welcomed with open arms. Thank you staff and Dr Twyman.

Dr. Patterson and his team are dedicated and knowledgable professionals. I've also had any questions or concerns answered promptly and thoroughly and they've always been as flexible as possible with scheduling. I know my daughter is in excellent care and will continue to recommend Dr. Patterson to anyone seeing a pediatrician.

Had an appointment as a new patient with Dr. Twyman. The appointment itself was routine. I did discover upon reviewing my visit summary handed to me on exit that my depression and anxiety screening results had been high enough to recommend further assessment. At no point in my appointment or afterwards did anyone in the office mention this to me, it was just buried on the third page of the print-out. I was then billed $30 for the two emotional screenings I had apparently completed. These were just filling out a piece of paper with the standard mental health screening tests that are available for free on the MHA website. Luckily my insurance covered 3/4 of this cost, but this experience makes it clear that the practice does not care about the wellbeing of its patients and I will be finding another practice. If you are considering choosing this practice and have another option I would advise you to consider going elsewhere. If you have to visit this practice, question every piece of paper.

Dr. Patterson is a wonderful Doctor. My daughter loves him. He teases her and makes her laugh. He knows his stuff, too. He's the best. Some of his staff could be more friendly, especially on the phone.

This particular location is very unprofessional! We love Dr. Johnson, but she has since left, leaving the practice under very unprofessional management. I would not recommend this practice for my children!

Dr. Patterson is wonderful! Very knowledgeable in his field and has a great sense of humor! My 4 year old has been going to him since birth. I highly recommend him to any parent in need of medical care for their child.
