Dr. Mancho has been my son's Plastic Surgeon roughly six years now and he is very knowledgeable and very thorough. We also love the fact that he is very down to earth, yet still professional. The time he spends with each patient and their familys really shows how much he Loves what he does. He along with his staff at Dayton Children's are very Caring. We would Highly Recommend them if you are in need of a AWESOME Plastic Surgeon.

I have heard he is a very good surgeon. Unfortunately, my daughter split her face open on the playground this past Saturday. He was the plastic surgeon on call. So, the hospital paged him for consult and sent him pictures of her open wound. He proceeded to tell the nurse to tell us that he will not be coming to the hospital and that his PA is perfectly capable of stitching her up and he has no legal obligation to be there. Really?! I work in the medical field, as does most all of my family, and I found this to be completely unprofessional! Why even take call if you aren’t going to come in when paged for consults.

Dr. Mancho was wonderful! He did my breast reduction 8-30, had complications and he was right there on emergency call Saturday morning8-31! He was right by my side and I highly recommend him! Very pleased with my results

Omg....this doctor is actually pretty awesome and almost perfect with his surgical procedures.

Dr. Mancho performed surgery on my 5yr old daughter Kendall the week of Christmas 16. He is by far the most personable Dr. I have ever met, he and my daughter bonded on a level that is unheard of today. He gave us an after hours number to contact him if we had any questions, we did once and he answered while out of the country. That is above and beyond what 90% of any doctor would do today. My daughter loves him, he made this so easy throughout. Great man, most outgoing highly recommend.

I had two separate amputations to the same leg due to extensive burn damage. The surgery I received was paramount and I'm grateful that they were able to save my life. Everyone was helpful in the process to adjusting to the amputations.
