Just seem like there was no one in charge, however clean, and nurse's aid seem to interact with patients well

Not enough staff to properly take care of patients. Some times one nurse was covering 2 floors. Sometimes one aide was covering a unit full of Alzheimer's patients.. scary!

my has been there 2-3 weeks and she had cried and begged me to get her out. She isn't getting the proper care. They won't eventually her go to bathroom at meal time until she eats. They even took her pillow away. She said she just wants to just give up. We are trying to get her out, and hopefully, they will shut this place down. She is has gotten worse since she got there. All they about is getting money and not the patients.

Picked up a family member today who was sent there to be quarantined for 10 days. Negligence is the main word that comes to my mind. He is 53 and did not eat or drink for 10!days. Staff did not shave him and he looks 25 years older because of the absolute negligence. You all should be re-evaluating the care or should I say the lack of care you provide He should have been sent to the ED in his horrible condition. He is being taken there by his kids. For 10 days you all did not give updates nor take but 1 phone call when we called daily HORRIBLE CARE!

I was shocked of the up keep of areas. Example, area where Pts can come watch tv, socialize there are 4 tables, each one the table tops are so wobbly its ridiculous!!Very sad at one time this was a nice place, it has gone down hill!! Do not recommend if you can avoid. The shower area was being used for storage, residents were not getting a shower!! Need I say more, UghDo

Clean place nice residental area for seniors to feel safe and Staff is wonderful and caring

They say their phone lines are down and we can’t see our loved one due to COVID-19.This is beyond criminal. It’s so sad. Please send your loved one somewhere else ♥️

My father is getting great care at Siena Woods. We have weekly zoom calls and the staff have been great. No one is perfect in these times and I feel my father is in the right place. They have made it possible for us to communicate with my father and have kept me informed of his care. He was in two other nursing homes which were far worse before the shut down. Im so grateful that he is at Siena Woods where they are taking great care of him.

My mother, Barbara threats, was a resident at Siena for 4 years. The nurses, aides, and other staff took very good care of her and was always kind and careful with her. She had a long history of strokes and was in mid stage dementia, and was very soft spoken so many times the nurses and aides checked on her to see if she was ok and if she needed anything. Our entire family appreciates the birthday celebrations you allowed our large family to be a part of, the loving care everyone gave my mom spoiling her with ice cream every night until her death july 24th, as well as your diligence in calling me or answering many questions I had when something was wrong with her, and calling hospice in when she was in distress. Your kindness will never be forgotten. You will be forever in our hearts. Regina Burdette - her daughter and guardian💕

If I could give 0 stars I would. My grandfather has been there less than one week. We called today to speak with the social worker regarding the plan for his rehabilitation and were transferred to the nursing station instead. The nurse informed us that he was taken to the hospital last night ALONE. No phone call to let us know, so my grandfather who had a stroke with severe brain damage has been at the hospital alone for a full day. He will never be returnint here.
