Not happy about sharing room with roommate. Didn't receive morning meds till 1100. Only saw day nurse twice. Once at 1100 and then at 0430 when I was going home. Never did get meds for queasy stomach. Mikah, the aide was awesome. Dean, Nurse Supervisor, did a terrific job struggling with limited staff. Two thumbs up for all hospital physicians and their staff.

Everyone was so nice and caring. If they couldn't do something right away, they let you know and didn't just ignore you. They explained things so you understood. Very professional.

Do not come to this hospital if you dont want to get attended. I have been here for 3 plus hours with a sick family member n he is getting worse n i dont get any help. I just got off the phone with a lawyer and he is calling the hospital in the next 30 mins to open a case

Recovery room on a late Friday afternoon the nurses and workers spent the time I remember being there complaining about hurrying up getting people outta there because it's Friday. They didn't care I was moaning in pain, asked if I was needing anything.. They only cared about it being themselves. The patient last thing on their mind .

This was my first time here and it will be my last. I sat for hours before being seen. Then when I finally went back and they had run a bunch of tests they explained they were going to admit me so that I could have an MRI as no one was there to preform the test. I didn't want to stay but I wanted answers. Needless to say they kept me overnight then decided they were not going to do the test. That was the whole reason they admitted me in the first place. I was discharged with absolutely no answers and the issue that brought me into the ER in the first place is still happening. I feel as though they just wanted my money. They had me so confused as they documented having issues on mychart then said that I don't have the things they stated. Then they wanted me on new meds but refused to write the scripts and just said nevermind don't worry about those all because the charge nurse didn't want to take the time to do it. They were in such a hurry to get me out the door they started cleaning my room with me still in the bed even though I was not able to leave for a few more hours. When money is more important then patients that's a real problem and something needs to be done. The only ok thing about my experience was I had a few decent nurses but even that was pushing it. Overall a waste of time going here.

I was there for a week and my bed didn’t get changed until the day I was leaving. My sheets were filthy and bloody. I Asked repeatedly for a wash cloth & towel but was never provided until the last day. The staff is so overwhelmed that there is no way there can be CARE provided! They come in drop your meds and they’re gone until they have to come back again. There’s so much more I could say about the week I was there but it honestly will do no good anyway.

This was an excellent experience all around. The people and the facilities will be on my expectations. This is my now go to hospital!

Thanks to the staff at Grandview I'm alive and doing better than ever
