Office staff is absolutely rude. Have informed my deferring physician to not send patients this way. Have no idea how the doc. himself is because the office staff is so unwilling to answer simple questions especially since I had been sitting, PATIENTLY waiting to be called back (several people went back after o had already checked in). Well aware how an office works, there are multiple providers so they could’ve been seeing someone else. But to arrive 15-20 mins. prior to my appointment time. What really pushed a button was I asked, “you know how far behind the physician is?” The lady starts telling me about how appointments worked at a previous office she worked at. After a few moments with her, she states, “I don’t know.” I had to initiate, “can you go and check for me?” Couple other things that placed a bad taste in my mouth but I’ll stop there. Please be there for the patient and not anything else.

I absolutely love Dr. Harmon! He did my rotator cuff surgery back in 2012 and he is exactly as I remembered him. I would always go back to him if anyone needs any kind of orthopedic care he’s your guy.
