The doctor was very nice but I have been trying to call the office since yesterday when I had my appointment about a prescription that was never sent to the pharmacy. I have tried calling multiple times and left two voicemails with no call back! Every single time the automated system says please hold to speak with someone then goes to voicemail. Unacceptable!
