Dr. Kirkham and his staff at the Marion, Ohio Eye Center has been my doctor for many years. He has treated me for many things including fitting me for eye glasses, eye infections, two cataract surgeries and more all with very good success. I would highly suggest that any one in need of great eye care to consult Dr. Kirkham and his staff.

Even though I feel like the service and Dr. Kirkham is an excellent doctor, the practice has very questionable billing practices. I went in for a annual diabetic eye exam and my insurance has a $25 co-pay. When I checked out they billed me $60. The lady at the desk stated I had a refraction procedure which is basically a eye exam which was an additional $35 my insurance wouldn't pay. Well I didn't request a eye exam they just did it prior to the diabetic exam, which I thought was part of the diabetic exam. So make sure you know up front what procedure they are doing and what your getting billed for. But again I feel like he is an excellent doctor.
