Dublin Surgery Center's Online Review Report Card

I had both cataract surgeries performed within a month. November 22 to be exact. From the moment I arrived at the center, the care I received was exceptional and I could not be more pleased. The entire staff was especially efficient, kind, professional, and communication was very consistent and much appreciated. Both surgeries are a huge success, and again, I could not be more pleased and thrilled with the outcome. Thank you all so much, especially Dr. Jeffery Hutchison, and his amazing medical staff.

I had an outpatient procedure done here and must say from the minute you walk in until they bring you out they're kind and go the extra mile with making sure you're comfortable. They also did an outstanding job keeping my wife up to date via telephone. Thank you all!!

Everyone was nice and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Great team and great anesthesiologist.

Had gallbladder surgery in August and my experience was great. They typically do not let people back with you, but they let my husband sit with me in my prep room since I had an hour before surgery. Helped my nerves a lot. So thankful for the staff that helped me during my time there. Very friendly and understanding. Helped manage my pain, etc. They even sent me home with a get well card that was signed by the staff that took care of me that day.

The staff, from billing to nursing et Al, are awesome. They are very attentive and take your concerns and comfort seriously, especially regarding pain, nausea, allergies. Very good bedside manner.

Wow, I can't be more impressed with a surgery outpatient operation than this center out in the outskirts of Dublin, across from Tuttle Mall. Their care, their warmth--almost to a bubbly nature, and their confident inspiring professionalism has compelled me to write this review when I hadn't plan to. I came to have a screening a very private, unmentionable, part of my body. . . oh might as well admit it--I came for a probe of my anal cavity and the areas beyond. Yes I came for a butt probe. I am 50-now and it is time for me to get bootie probed every five year--especially since colon cancer runs in my family. **public service announcement** Cue the bright colored TV peacock and chimes--dune, dooo, dune-- if your older than 45 please get your butt probe every five years; colon cancer is easily treatable if you nail it early. Everyone here from the receptionist, to the pre-op nurses, to the anesthesiologist, to the surgeon, to the post op team, to the people who called to check up on me days later were super friendly, kind, had a professional gravitas that made any anxiety about the procedure evaporate. Before hand they reiterated the purpose of the scan, thoroughly reviewed every the RXs I was on, and described what was about to happened. Afterwards, they contact my driver ( you have to have one) to relay what they found and what action to take and not take. This was a great relief; it was my first colonoscopy so I didn't know what to expect. (Naively, I didn't realize I would be in a surgical grown. Good thing, for I realized to late I was in a Pink Floyd shirt and imaged the surgical team joking "Now we are about to explore the dark side of the moon!")I love this place. Highly recommended. And get your butt probed old farts!

I had a biopsies taken here and I had surgery for a fissue and hemorrhoids. This place is amazing. Comfortable, patient, friendly. I felt truly cared about here. The nurses were always so sweet and informative. For my surgery with Dr.Reed, it was my first surgery ever. They gave me a comfy bed, warm blankets, were patient with my iv, made sure to comfort me and talk to me through my iv (I'm not goof with needles). I'm a little bit of a baby so I cried going back because I was scared and a nurse, so sweet, reached for my hand, and held it and comforted me. It made me feel so safe and cared for. I wish I recalled her name. After surgery, post op nurse Ryan was so kind to me. Answered all my stupid questions, was patient and did not make me feel rushed at all. He just cared about my pain and safety. I'm not much a religious person, but if God is real, I mean it when I say angels work here. I felt so safe and cared for here. My preop nurse, I can't recall her name but she very tall and thin, is extremely kind and friendly and caring, all the nurses that worked on me, are amazing. Thank you all so much. Thank you.
