Spent maybe 10 minutes with me after his assistant who is studying to be a doctor asked me questions. Total waste of time. The two of them got to their vehicles before my husband and I made it down to leave. Did not give me any help and was very dismissive. I'm still miserable with this condition and he was very unhelpful, uncaring, and not worth the time it took to see him. This experience made me lose all hope with the medical community. I have completely given up and have barely left my home since this visit because I am so miserable and cannot find anyone to help me.

Dr.Dodson had his first year resident evaluate me, ie ask me questions. Dr. Dodson entered the room already having decided to dismiss me. He barely acknowledged I was in the room. He showed zero interest in my care and was condescending. As a nurse I will be sure to tell people to avoid him.

Dr. Dodson is my hero. After finding out about my jugular foramen schwannoma, a coworker who had a similar diagnosis a few years back highly referred me to Dr. Dodson. He gave my coworker permission to give me his cell number and said he would be happy to answer my questions. I reached out that same day, and Dr. Dodson was quick to respond and gave me a call later that evening. At that point, I didn’t know anything about my condition or prognosis, and was absolutely terrified. Dr. Dodson took the time to explain things clearly, calmed my fears, and promptly got me in for an appointment. He assembled a surgical team for my specific needs, and performed surgery to remove my 4cm tumor earlier this year. Like I said, he’s my hero. I won’t say recovery was a breeze, but I’m 6 months post-op and feel great. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome and I’m confident I had the best possible care. Also, his assistant Mollie is wonderful and makes everything so easy. I’m forever grateful!

Dr Dodson is the best doctor. He took time to answer every questions about the Cochlear Implant. Hope I pass the test and will get one soon....it would be so great to hear again!

Excellent Doctor ! He truly cares about his patients. He took great care of my daughter and kept the family well informed throughout her 10 1/2 hr surgery. Nice and very smart.
