Jodi is a very competent practitioner working in the diabetes, heart disease, and general practitioner space, and has done wonders ffor other members of my family. Unfortunately, I don't personally feel as supported as I hoped, and will be seeking a different doctor for the time being. I believe that much of this was just out of our own (very mild, might i add) personality clash, and isn't a testamate to her being a bad doctor. She takes rather innovative and wholistic approaches to disease treatment, that I wish other doctors would adopt. She's been able to reduce the meds that people are taking, and improve their overall quality of life in rather quick and drastic steps. I do highly recommend her.

Dr. Grandominico used to be very attentive, however as of late she has not seemed to show the same attention as she did before Covid. My mom (who is in her 80's) took a VERY bad fall and kept trying to relate to Dr. Granominico and staff how bad it was but was dismissed MULTIPLE times. After insisting on MRI of both sternum and knee, she had fractures in both as well as other issues. Now it is, "You didn't relay how bad it was"...almost putting it off on the patient, and now rush to do all of these heroic measures 2 months after the fact. Very disappointed in the level of care and only hope this would never happen to someone she loves.

I’ve been going to Jody Grandominico for several years. I have confidence in her ability to evaluate my particular health issues and give me good advice. She makes me very comfortable. She takes her time to talk to you and hear all of your concerns.

So, basically your inital impression once you enter the office is based on the first person you meet which is usually the receptionist at the front desk. That person sets the mood for what is to be expected when going to see a new physician. This office fails in this regard for receptionist and medical assistants are neither very friendly nor professional. While this physician is friendly and so-seemingly competent, communication is broken down when she delegates staff to relay messages.
