This has got to be the worse office I have ever seen in my life. You can not reach anyone in office by phone. Will not return calls when you do leave message. Dr Orzo is thorough and an excellent doctor. unfortunately i will have to go to another Doctor because of the lack

You cannot REACH anyone at this office! I have been a healthcare professional for 40 years. I have NEVER seen such unprofessionalism. They do not respond to e-mails or calls and state "they never received any communication!" I should probably contact the medical board.

Great place to go. I was seeing a different pain doctor for 3 years and was living every day in pain. I went to Dr. Orzo and the 1st rounds of cervical medial branch block, I was relieved of all my pain. The staff there is very friendly and understanding. You can tell they all care and want whats best for their patients. Thank you Dr. Orzo.

Dr. Orzo was pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough. He spent over an hour diagnosing my condition and describing my options. I was impressed by the doctor and his staff.

For several years now I have had the privilege of having Dr. Michael Orzo as my pain care specialist. For years I went from doctor to doctor with no relief ~ that is until I went to Dr. Orzo. He is my 6th doctor and by far the absolute BEST. By doing the lumbar nerve blocks Dr. Orzo has improved the quality of my life immensely! If I had the option I would keep him as my RSD doctor forever! Even when I am scheduled with his assistant Dr. Orzo pops his head in for a minute to say hi and see if I have any concerns he needs to know about. Hands down the BEST pain care specialist in Columbus, Ohio!

I have been going to Dr. Orzo for 15 years. My pain has been constant, progressive, and at times, debilitating. The level of help, care, and compassion he and his staff have given me is outstanding. By far my favorite doctor.

Dr. Orzo spent more time with me during my initial visit than all other doctors COMBINED that I had seen in the past for my pain problem. His accurate diagnosis and targeted treatment allowed me to get my life back.

I have had a great relationship with Dr. Orzo. His treatments always resulted treating my back issues successfully. My issue is not with Dr. Orzo but with their practice policy. His billing office has always been easy to deal with. When I went to schedule a new round of shots they said they could not because our insurance is no longer in force.the scheduler said they don’t take cash which is ironic since I have paid them co-pays and uncovered charges with my debit card since I first started seeing Dr. Orzo. They refused my money. This a very discriminatory policy. I have the ability to pay for the injections in cash or credit card but the practice absolutely refused. Very disappointed. When my new insurance kicks in in October this spine care practice will be black listed.

Dr Orzo delivers excellent and creative pain management care! He has made such an improvement in care of my back pain and my mobility and ability to be active and on my feet for fun activities. He is friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He goes the extra mile with follow up calls the day after each procedure to make sure everything is going well, too. He gets great results - you won’t be disappointed!

Thank you for curing my RSD in 2003. I got my life back.
