Did assess the situation. But for medication she asked for my choice. Well if I knew what medicine best for me, I would not have paid you for visit. The medication she prescribed did not work, in fact worsened the situation. Time to move to better doctor.

I don't think I could love Dr. Malerich more. She is a fabulous doctor, her bedside manner is calm, matter of fact, reassuring. She really knows her stuff including when to act and when to wait. She has removed pre-melanomas which obviously has a huge positive impact on my life. She's caught skin cancers on my loved ones. She's great with teens and young adults and acne issues. Very helpful and knowledgable with eczema. Awesome doctor all the way around plus she's efficient and respectful of your appointment time. Highly recommend.

My first visit was for a long, term persistent nail fungus. Results? Nothing conclusive, or helpful was recommended, no tests, or new medications to help resolve. Left feeling like I got nothing, but a comment that one nail was bleeding, which I clearly knew already,. Back to the hunt for a real doctor, who can help, or at least try to diagnose the problem.

Although I thought Dr. Malerich was nice, it felt like she did not take the time to actually listen to me. She did not assess my skin at all and only referred to photos I showed her. She did not ask a lot of questions and diagnosed me in the first two minutes which I don't feel was valid. She made me feel like the labs I had done from a different doctor were not accurate and I left feeling deflated, like it was in my head. She was very persistent that rashes I would periodically get were caused by my shampoos and face washes etc. If she had listened to a word I had to say, I think the appointment could have gone better, but instead she gave me some creams to mask the issue. I am a firm believer in finding the root cause of something, not just covering it up with creams.

Dr. Malerich is the best Dermatologist I have ever seen. She knows her stuff just by looking at it.

Dr. Malerich is helpful and nice to deal with. She listens to your concerns and takes time to review and discuss any procedures. She makes you feel like your concerns are fully understood and you can feel confident that her recommendations will take care of your dermatology issues. I would high recommend her as a doctor. The staff is great a well. Very friendly.

My first visit to Patricia Malerich M.D. was today. Although this is a large practice it was running very efficiently today. The doctor was thorough with her exam and explanation to me of what she was doing and what she found. She was very professional but also friendly and approachable. The front desk staff as well as the medical staff were also professional and friendly. Definitely a 5 star appointment.

It is always difficult to get appointments with really good doctors. Dr. M's staff does a great job under the circumstances.

I visited Dr.Patricia for my skin allergy, I had 2 visits with her, every time i go she simply says your skin is still better, I don't understand that, we can't wait till it gets worsen and then go for a treatment right. There is some underlying issue which needs to be figured out. My second visit was the worst , I had to wait for 40 mins after my scheduled appointment time , Then Doctor spoke only for few mins and left the room, I was thinking she would come back, but her assistant said she is done with you. This was the worst treatment I ever had. She didn't spend time, nor she wanted to know what my issue was, no response for any question asked. This was the worst experience. and it is simply waste of money. I will not recommend her to any one.
