Dr. Palmer is simply outstanding. Although he is extremely busy, he takes time to listen, to clearly explain things, and to answer all questions. His bedside side manner is so professional, yet very personal. Dr. Palmer has earned my respect and highest recommendation.

It’s hard to find a physician in this busy world, that stops and takes their time and makes you feel like you’ve been heard, and that you’re not just a number. Dr. Palmer sat down at that initial visit, and immediately leaned in, listened, and explained and shared a game plan that made me feel confident to move forward with surgery. He was not rushed, and made me feel like I was the only person in the office. He spent a generous amount of time with me. I love information, and he provided that at a level that was easy to understand and was comprehensive. My surgery went fantastic. I’m three weeks out, and my recovery is going far better than I could’ve ever imagined. I’m feeling very thankful!

I am a disabled veteran and occasionally the VA will refer us to what is called community care. Dr. Palmer performed hip replacement surgery and I could not have had a better result. Walking right away. Negligible post-op pain. One month later and I was able to go to the Michigan game. Just two months later 95% back to normal. Nurses and therapists that I met all commented that in their experience Dr. Palmer's patients had great outcomes. I would highly recommend Dr. Palmer without reservation.

I was hesitant to get my hip replaced. If I had known Dr. Palmer was both the best bedside Dr taking his time to explain the procedure ahead and answer questions treating me like he had all the time in the world while knowing he didn’t as well as the specialist that had me walking pretty much normal in days, I would have had the surgery a couple of years ago. I don’t believe there’s another Dr anywhere who is both an expert and in the field using the most modern techniques while also giving personal service and friendliness before, on the day of and after the surgery date. He makes you feel that he knows you, cares about you and I believe he actually does.

Dr. Palmer’s confidence is real. I am so happy with the results of my total knee replacement 1 year ago. He change the quality of my life. My main concern was the adhesive not the mechanism Dr. Palmer referred to it as cement and explain the process simply. I had instability from side to side and front to back.
