Just started STIMS at SpringCreek! I must say so far so good! They have been fabulous with support & always on call for me! ❤️❤️

My wife almost Died because this doctor didn't understand the symptoms of an Ectopic Pregnancy.... You would think that a doctor that does this everyday would know, after three phone calls from a patient, that said patient should go to the ER. Then when in the ER, all he could do was explain how it wasn't his fault.....SERIOUSLY? This Doctor should loose his license... STAY AWAY

We went through 3 fertility clinics around Columbus and SpringCreek was the best one by far. The staff is amazing, they made us feel comfortable asking questions and helped us every step along the way. They were so kind and reached out on several different occasions just to make sure we were OK. I'm so glad we went through them, it has truly made our pregnancy experience a wonderful one.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Spring Creek Fertility. The staff is more like family to my husband and me. Even weeks after graduating from the clinic (I’m now 24 weeks and 2 days pregnant with my beautiful miracle baby), Keisha will text me to check in. Keisha, Siree, Kristin, Debbie, Emily and Julie have seen me through heartache and shown me so much love and support. I honestly think I would’ve given up if not for their encouragement and support. Trust me when I say, you won’t find a better support staff than the staff at Spring Creek!

So impressed with this group! Every single person I have spoken to or worked with at SCF has been professional, kind, and encouraging. I would highly recommend SpringCreek!

Everyone at Spring Creek has been wonderful! They are very welcoming and eager to put your mind to ease. We started our ivf journey at a different, much larger Ohio facility and felt like a number, and were never able to contact anyone when we had issues. So when we made the switch to Spring Creek, we were very impressed at the professionalism and ease of ability to get a hold of a person when we had questions. We are thrilled to finally reach our family goals recently, and Spring Creek made that possible! Thank you so much to Dr. Groll and all of the amazing nurses and support staff! ❤

I only went for a consultation and didn't feel like the service was individualized. All the friendliness of the staff felt fake and the whole process just seemed like a money grab. Require large deposit to even get a consultation. At the consultation I was recommended things that don't apply to us (ex: my husband to take supplements even though we are using frozen samples). I can't attest to success rates as I won't be back.

After my experience at Springcreek I am so surprised going through and reading all the positive reviews BUT they are one of those offices that will bribe their patients to leave good reviews by using incentives like winning baskets of free products etc If you are thinking of coming to springcreek, especially for recurrent miscarriages, RUN the other way. This practice is terrible. The last thing you want on this hard journey of infertility is more stress and feeling like you don’t matter and that’s exactly what you will get at springcreek. You will never see Dr. Groll or be able to get ahold of him. I have called Springcreek asking to speak directly to Dr. Groll since you will never see him at your appointments…Instead, An office manager, who will say she has no medical experience will call you back so she can’t even answer your questions. It is a one size shoe fits all clinic. They are extremely stuck in their ways and truly won’t listen to anything you have to say as a patient. If you end up choosing Springcreek, I would try to schedule with Priscilla, since you won’t be seeing Groll ever & by all means avoid scheduling with NP Julie

I can’t thank Dr Groll and his staff enough! They are just amazing people and have helped me in more ways than you know!! I’m so thankful and blessed to have found them!

We spent 6 years with SpringCreek Fertility. Several IUIs, surgery and finally IVF. We ended up with two gorgeous babies and we can't be more thankful. Sometimes it's hard to trust the process, but the entire staff was so helpful and supportive throughout our entire journey. Dr. Groll is a first class doctor and spends the time with you at every appointment to answer any questions that you may have. We never felt rushed at any of our appointments. The only sad part was moving on from Dr. Groll once we got pregnant. Wish we could have continued with him and his staff through our pregnancy because we loved them so much. Highly recommend.
