Tracy Cook's Online Review Report Card

I am absolutely thrilled I found Dr Cook. I am in my early 50’s and she is the first to really hear me. I have battled with Irregular menstrual cycles and infertility and she is the first one to actually take blood to test my hormones.

I have been going to Dr. Cook for about 20 years now. I have never had one negative thing to say about her, she is always attentive, never in a hurry, answers all of my questions, and genuinely interested in what I have to say and my concerns. Many times she has taken me into her private office for more privacy. I highly recommend her to anyone!

She is nice but showed up over 20 mins late for my appointment. Then tried to charge me over 1,000 for and IUD when I had insurance that covers it. Billing is horrible there due to lack of attention to detail. I wouldn't recommend her or this practice to family or friends due to the frustrations I have experienced. Then the nurses who work with her are VERY rude and unprofessional. I am pretty sure I had a procedure that was not needed but was scared in too. Best of luck to those who go to this practice.

She is a great doctor but literally never on time. I am always waiting in the room for over 30 minutes. I have chronic anxiety especially around doctors visits and this only worsens it. If you want someone who cares about your time go somewhere else.

She delivered my son when my dr was off!!! Wonderful woman she listens and she understands

Tracy was my wife's doctor for our first kid. She is understanding, respectful and professional. To add, she listens to our concerns and answer all questions. We had an incident with the nursing staff in Dublin hospital and on her visit, I told her how uncomfortable my wife and I were. She took that note and notified the manager and supervisor who stopped by our room and talked to us. They fixed the problems and made a big difference. She is a great person and doctor.

She is very kind and knowledgeable. She's been with me from my pregnancy 12 years ago, delivering my child, check ups and several procedures recently. When my child reaches the age that she needs an OB doctor I will have her see Dr. Cook.
