Awsome nurse's and aids. I was in the hospital for 2 days and they treated me with respect and compassion.

Was very fast getting admitted. There were so many people there to help at first it was overwhelming. On my second day they were short staffed so it was hard for them to get the IV's on time. Mine beeped for over a hour which is hard when your in the hospital sick. The nurses were all very very sweet and helpful. The only thing bad I would have to say is there are no private showers in each room. You have to go to the end of the hallway to use a shower, which you have to drag all your clean clothes with you. That is the main reason I will not go back to East Liverpool City Hospital until they have a private shower in the rooms.

The resident clinic is great! I was able to get my high priced prescription for a fraction of the cost. They were wonderful to work with. I highly recommend them.

I was just there for a scheduled test. I arrived 10 minutes early to get through registration. I waited over 1/2 hour in registration. They are very rude there while waiting. Called a SIR, when I clearly am a woman. I as there 15 minutes before they took people a head of me. Then the lady argued with me about my insurance. Then she called someone else who told her exactly what I told her. She obviously has no clue how to do her job. She spent way took much time typing stuff in the computer that should already have been in there. So after another 10 minutes, I get to where I am supposed to be they have my records/account locked and that lady couldn’t do anything else with it until her supervisor did something. I have extremely bad anxiety, made a whole lot worse by the people who ate supposed to be taking care of me. I will find another provider for my medical care. I wouldn’t go there if I was dying.

I was so absolutely pleased with our experience with this hospital.. The staff and medical team definitely go the extra mile to make sure you feel comfortable with whatever you may be going through.

I went to have my echocardiogram on Wednesday 3/23/22and Sue in cardiology was excellent! She was very sweet and caring! Explained things to me and was very gentle! I’ll definitely recommend everyone to have their echocardiogram here at East Liverpool City Hospital! Sue rocks!!! Also she’s very knowledgeable another echocardiogram as well! Thank you!Cindy Coons
