Very good, know his information , when he rotated my shoulder to see how far it went he could tell when I was in pain

I broken my leg and Dr. Shaer did amazing job on my leg. He was great explained everything to me and my family. Thank you for everything you have done for me.

I was very comfortable with Dr. Shear He explained what needed to be done and why he had to do it that way. I no longer dread having the surgery on my hand and feel confident he is the one to make it right again.

Dr Shaer replaced my husband’s knee in March of this year and by May we were once again able to enjoy our boat without the pain that had limited our enjoyment in previous years.

Every time I visit, the staff seem to behave as brand new employees with no experience. They act like know it alls and time and time again I'm disappointed. They give personal advice. One tried to encourage my mother to continue doing what she did that got her hurt to begin with. Not knowing her health condition and the dangers to continue doing it. A simple job such as putting a boot on is quite the task for them. After trying to get her foot in a boot that was too small, causeing her pain, the docoter had to inform them to get a larger boot. Then instead of acting on it, the nurse looked at the current boot as if she couldnt comprehend what he just said. (He said get a larger boot! How complicated is that?) These boots have pumps on them to build up air pressure that hugs the foot. One aid pumped one side of the boot till the boot itself was tight. Then explained that the other side must be pumped to the same setting. Complete ignorant to physics. She ended up squeezing the heck out of my mother's operated foot causing her pain. I had to adjust it later. You don't pump one side and then pump the other side to match. The adjustment should be a back and forth adjustment getting a comfortable fit that gives the needed support. Not cranking one side up first, leaving all the air pressure on one side pressing the foot against the frame on opposite side, then cranking the other side causing pain and uncomfort. Unbelievable. Then when i had a question to verify what our instructions were when seeing the next doctor, she got an attitude with me and saying I'm thinking too much into it. Turned out that what i asked was needed because if she gave me a moment to explain why i was asking my question, it would have prevented much confusion later. I was right... she was wrong. I look young. They look at me and assume I know nothing. I'm a combat veteran with first responders and combat life saving training. I've attained college experience in the nursing field. I'm an inventedr and designer. I'm a thinker. I'm not an idiot as they make me out to be. Taking off a cast. How hard is that? One young aid claims as she put it "I've done this oodles and oodles of times" yet her method was amateur and she wasted so much time. Also when cleaning the foot afterwords, she forgot to place a cloth down to catch any mess from the cleaning solution. Oh but she caught it after mess was done. I have a picture of their hazard waste container with a used scalpel just resting on top. Nice job guys, very safe. Doctor is nice and has a sense of humor, but his hired help are a bunch of morons. I'm sorry but it's bad enough to actually write my first review of anyone in over 30 years. Sad sad crew. Time to go back to school.
