My mom has lost her sense of smell and taste for months was supposed to schedule surgery and they did nothing but play a run around game with her. Now worried about her never getting it back. Not a very concerned or sympathetic doctor.

Very responsive Doctor. He really listened to my concerns and treated me as the informed participant in my healthcare that I am. He provided me with evidenced based treatment options including reasoning behind his decision. A great asset in our local medical community.

Pathetic Doctor. Hurt my senior friend causing his inner ear to bleed. Then this Doctor had the nerve to charge him for a return visit due to this problem... When I called to complain they told me to contact the billing department... nothing but a run around!

He is very kind and very compassionate he also will check through to the end degree to make sure that he’s got the right diagnosis and make sure that you’re feeling better he doesn’t give up and it’s office is very caring as well call and make your appointment

Dr. Zipfel is an EXCELLENT doctor!! His staff was very caring and professional. I was treated by other doctors with multiple courses of antibiotics by other doctors for ear pain. Dr Zipfel discovered that the antibiotics were not affective because I did not have an ear infection. He found the cause of my ear pain was TMJ I am doing so much better because of Dr Zipfel! He is the very best! I highly recommend this great doctor...

great bedside manner. I do feel he is a good dr in most situations. Office staff is rude. my recent visit has led me to find a new ENT. I have an abscess that formed 8 days ago after abad case of laryngitis. It’s very painful and hasn’t responded to two different antibiotics or prednisone and a shot of kenalog. JENN suggested I wait another week rather than address the issue. Clearly has no concept of the risks of letting an abscess go (rupture/sepsis) not to mention horrible pain. Absurd

I'm pretty sure he caused me more issues than what I was having. went in for wax removal, came out with a perforated ear drum.
