After 3 orthodontists Dr. Ashai was great with completing my treatment. I appreciate Dr. Ashia’s professionalism, personality and overall care. My braces are off after six years and the results are amazing!

Dr.Divya is amazing. Very pleasant, professional woman. She not only cares about your oral health but your whole being. I came in one day not feeling well and she looked me at me and said, “You’re not feeling well, dear?” That scored major points with me. It shows that she’s observant, caring, and takes a holistic approach to dentistry. She’s not going to do any unnecessary work and she will fight insurance for you. She drew me a picture of what my gum and implant looked like. Very informed, experienced woman. If she ever leaves, I leave. Natalie at the front desk is my girl. She’s pleasant and very funny. We joke about our energy drink addiction. All the front desk staff are kind and professional. Same with the dental assistants. Sometimes the office runs behind but it’s worth the wait.

This place doesn't even deserve a 1 star. I am so angry. Back in Oct 2025 I went in on an emergency because, bone was sticking out of my mouth. It was so painful. The one dentist told me that I needed to get alot of work done that she could fix me, but i didn't want any other work done right away. She took it upon herself to Instead of fixing the bone sticking out of my mouth she decided to shoot me up with lots of numbing medicine and proceed to work on 2 right bottom teeth that she claimed needed crowns. I could not tell or feel what they were doing in my mouth. I had my eyes closed because I have chronic panic disorder/agoraphobia. It was my way of keeping calm. I was completely out of it from pain. To top it off she held my paperwork at several arm lengths away from my head which I had to turn half cocked to begin with and says it will be $878 for this visit and has me quickly sign without even being able to see any paperwork. I said whatever not knowing that I had just signed my consent. She took out my fillings, scraped my teeth and filled it with something and said i was good to go till we put on your crowns. I was in no shape to agree to disagree at this point. No more then 2 hours later I was in so much pain from bone sticking out of my mouth that the next day I went to another dentist in another town who found me an emergency surgeon and pulled the 3 teeth that the Britenow Dental office jacked up. It is now April 2026 and is finally in no more pain. Britenow Dental really messed me up. And they want me to get crowns put on. Ughhh. No thank you. Teeth went bye bye They even helped set up with a payment plan through syncrony bank ( care credit) program for $ 900. I ended up paying my bill off right away and closed the account and now Britenow is telling me that I still owe $801.. uhh I don't think so. They are trying to double bill me and have me pay for service that i choose not to have done. This is a problem between them and syncrony bank now. I swear I'm going to take them to court over this. If anything they should be refunding me some money. Js.... horrible service..

this place is horrible i got four teeth pulled out mind you im 5 months pregnant… i started crying because i felt him on my left side of my mouth, yes he stopped and shot me up with more numbing medicine but he didn’t even wait to let it get numb he went right back and pulled it out i wanted him to stop but he proceeded and probably thought I was lying long story short I walked out of there crying. The lady that was helping him was very polite and very respectful, but I will not go back to that place… The dentist is VERY RUDE he didn’t even say a word but negative stuff he wouldn’t even let me hum…

Everyone was so nice and considerate. The doctor was super nice. He took the time to answer all of my questions that I had. I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a kind, caring dentist office!!

Very pleasant fast

They are very disorganized, they change appointments frequently even when you're at the office. You waste time every time you go to an appointment because they don't see you due to the doctor being unavailable or for some other reason.
