Friendly staff and great location.

Elyria Tx is an excellent place to receive methadone treatment. They are quite competent in all aspects of your therapy. IMO they do not present challenge or hurdles to your time or livelyhood whatsover-- such as mandatory groups or being "on stop" which(elsewhere) can significantly increase general anxiety and decrease overall quality of life. After all, time is "money".As a side note, i have either enrolled in or guest dosed in 7 states, which i made a point to take notice of the policy(differences); in this regard I feel I can provide some level of feedback of MTD Tx centers to other clients.P.S. I have been to about 7 different facilities and this is the one only one that has been able to help anout a year n a half clean now the staff has been so kind and there for me anytime i need them debbie is one of the workers and she is a fanstatstic person!!

Great place, and they always have your back staff and all!! They have always taken me back after a mess up....4 times now.....

This is the place to go if you’re looking to change your life. I am a former CAAA patient and let me tell you, this place blows them out of the water. Compassionate, kind, empathetic. If your reading this, or researching this place, chances are you’ve been judged in the past or met with judgmental attitudes, not here! Nobody treats you like a “low life “ or a “junkie .” Carla is amazing and very easy to get along with. She is relatable and will actually converse with you like a human being. She is empathetic and honestly just wants to guide you. Debbie is an RN there, who has a mother like nature and is so friendly and warm. My second day here I ran a bit late and still was dosed and not lectured. Very understanding!They understand that with addiction and treatment (especially the beginning stages!) comes a certain lifestyle and probably some bad habits, (poor time management , communication, etc) and instead of shaming you, they try to help you and guide you ! The doctor is also very easy to talk to and relatable. Willing to help any issues that may arise with your dosing. No shame is dished out here!I came in here feeling very hopeless, but I now feel grateful and determined, with the help of Pinnacle Treatment services!

This place saved mine and my brothers lifes at ages 22 and 25. Very kind loving caring staff. Great counselors, even the Dr's grow on you. Try to decrease use while your going up on your dose and make some good sober support while making your way in and out.

I had the pleasure of guest dosing at this facility while on vacation last week. The lady that worked at the front desk was friendly and assertive. They were able to get me in and dosed within 20 minutes of arrival. If you are looking to make a change in your life and are sick and tired of being sick and tired. This is the place to go.
