Never return calls, very unprofessional, do not put your love one in this place, my dad complained bout them being mean to him before he passed away, they list all his stuff and won’t make it right just gives a run around, say they will call back but never do. Call the state on this place . It’s a shame they are so careless with people stuff specially when they pass away and that is all u had from them.

DO NOT. I REPEAT DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES TO THIS FACILITY. THEY DO NOT HAVE PHONES IN ROOMS FOR LOVED ONES TO COMMUNICATE. THEY COMPLAIN WHEN YOU CALL TO CHECK ON SAID PATIENT. That's if they answer which they dont phones just ring.they dont give dropped off items to patients aka glasses to see with the staff is rude . The ratings of 2.7 stars should be enough .these are facts not conspiracy theories.

This place is terrible, they will leave residents, (your loved one), unattended and will also take forever after being paged to come and see what's going on with the resident. My loved one was there for 2 years and at first it wasn't bad at all but after they switched companies, it went down hill, my loved one would wait at least a hour and a half to go to the bathroom, which resulted in them falling multiple occasions, with this last time being the worst yet. The nurses are very lazy and neglectful, you have very few who are really good but even that's rare, and the good ones don't stay long at all due to the treatment of residents. Please DO NOT send your loved one to this place, this place should be shut down. If I could give zero stars I would.

They have 1 person caring for 15 to 20 people VERYHARD TO TALK TO ANYONE THEIR DOES NOT RETURN CALLS IF I COULD GIVE THEM A ZERO (0) I WOULD SINCE THIS WAS BOUGHT OUT TRANSFERRED MOVED TO ANOTHER COMPANY THIS PLACE IS HELL FOR RESIDENTS STAFF QUITS AND LEAVES CONTINOUSILLY. THEY BRING IN FOOD FROM GORDON FOOD SERVICES NO COOKS ON SITE DO....NOT.....PUT.....YOUR....LOVED.....ONE....HERE!!!!!!

I just want to warn anyone that is considering this place, to shop around first before making a decision. If your loved one needs 24/7 care or assistance bathing, getting dressed or if they are incontinent and or resist care at times, this is not where you want your loved one to be! I will say the place is keep clean but other issues they have is they can't keep help. There are times they bring aids and nurses in from agencies. With that being said, there is no rapport between staff and resident. Myself and other family members there did what we could to take care of our loved ones because there was not enough help or because the staff did not manage their time well at all.
