Dr. Blaza is great. He explains things well, and is reasonable and will work with you as much as possible. The office is great about getting medication refills called in on time.

First let me start by saying I’m a male and would die on the couch before I swallow my pride and schedule an appointment. I’m Your typical male. I seen Dr. Blaza multiple times for Depression. I’m one of those who thought it would never happen to me and I was embarrassed. I opened up completely and explained everything, which was probably a first in my life. Dr Blaza was amazing and SAVED my life. He listened to every word I said. He even gave his sympathy. This man cares about his patients. I would give my shirt off my back for this man. What he did for me and my family cannot be repaid. His whole staff, they are nothing but respectful and caring. He is human and might not be perfect 100% but I realize that and understand that. What he did for my life and well-being I’m forever grateful. Kudos to you Sir.

I've met with Dr. Blaza 2 times in the past 4 months. He spent time listening to me and explaining various medications and how they work in the body. I find him caring and focused on helping.

I also had a bad appointment. He asks no questions regarding why I was there. I am 60 some and have been doing this for quite awhile. I went to him to get a cortisone shot for my back and leg conditions.I can barely walk sometimes.My past doctors have had no problem taking care of me. My Dr of over 50 years took care of me well. I got a shot about 2 months ago.It did no good so I questioned what they gave me and he went off. Refused to give me one and was confrontational about it.I wont go back

If I could give him zero stars, I would. He is cold, uncaring, and overall just a terrible physician. He treated me like a drug seeker for saying I was depressed, he tried to write off symptoms, and he sat in front of a computer the entire time. He made no effort to get to know me, he never asked about my medical history or my family history. By the end of my appointment, I felt lower than low. I never even addressed other medical issues I have with him. I will never see him again.
